Is this one for you?

Who it suits. This suits people who enjoy rummaging through second-hand clothing, antiques, retro props and handmade pieces, and who are happy to browse at their own pace in a historic harbour-district setting. It is a weaker choice if you want a fixed programme to sit through, or if you dislike crowds: earlier editions drew very large attendances, and no timetable for the DJ and busking acts has been published. It is also not the place to go with a firm shopping list, since each seller's stock is individual.

When to go. The market runs 11:00 to 18:00 on both days, so the safest approach is to arrive in the first part of that window rather than near closing, when popular one-off pieces are more likely to be gone and earlier editions suggest the site gets busy. Plan for a few hours rather than a quick stop. No hour-by-hour schedule for the performances or the auction event had been published, so don't build the day around a particular act.

Oh Slow Vintage Market is a two-day market of second-hand clothing, antiques and handmade goods on October 24 and 25, 2026, at the Incheon Art Platform in Incheon’s old Open Port district. Entry is free and it runs 11:00 to 18:00 on both days. The Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) and the Incheon Tour portal give the same dates and hours, and the venue’s own site lists the dates too, as an event that hires the space.

The market is run by the Korean Vintage Culture Association, with Market Kizi as operator. KTO describes it as a lifestyle event where vintage sellers from across the country bring clothing, antique objects, retro accessories and handmade items, with busking, DJ performances and photo zones around them. That is a market with entertainment, not a festival with a stage programme. Treat it as shopping first.

One thing is worth settling early. Earlier editions of this market were reported at Incheon’s Sangsang Platform, and most of the news coverage online is about those. The 2026 October listing is at the Incheon Art Platform (3 Jemullyang-ro 218beon-gil, Jemulpo-gu), a cluster of brick buildings from the port-opening period that now hosts studios, galleries and events. If you navigate from an old article you may head to the wrong place.

What you actually do here

The core of the day is browsing. KTO lists the main programme as exhibition and sale of vintage clothing, antique pieces, second-hand goods, lifestyle products and handicrafts. The sellers are specialist vintage dealers rather than a general flea market, so expect individual items rather than repeated stock: one jacket, one lamp, one set of glasses. That also means buying decisions happen on the spot.

Around the stalls, the organisers list DJ performances, busking, a vintage-style photo zone, vintage styling experience programmes, a social-media participation event and a vintage auction event. KTO’s record gives no times, prices or sign-up rules for any of these. Do not plan to be somewhere at a set minute for the auction or a set; ask at the site or check the organiser’s Instagram, which is the official channel listed by KTO.

What earlier editions looked like

The market has run before, so there is some record of how it works. The September 2025 edition, held at Sangsang Platform, was reported as the first edition: 80 seller teams picked from about 200 applicants, selling vintage, antique, second-hand, floral and handcraft items, including pieces imported from Europe, the United States and Japan. Coverage mentions a vintage photo zone at the entrance and walking tours linking visitors to the nearby Open Port streets. A Christmas edition followed in December 2025 and January 2026, with a large tree, free snapshot photography and music acts.

None of that is a promise for October. The venue, the number of sellers and the extras are all different or unannounced for 2026. What carries over is the format: sellers chosen from an application pool rather than an open flea market, at least as the 2025 edition was reported.

Programme and timetable

The only fixed times are the opening hours: 11:00 to 18:00 on Saturday and Sunday. No daily schedule for the DJ sets, busking or the auction had been published in anything found on October 12. Which day will be busier has not been reported either, so choose the day on your own calendar rather than on a guess.

The organiser’s Instagram (@ohslowmarket) is the channel KTO lists for the event. If the line-up, a time change or a weather notice is posted, that is where it will most likely appear. Check it the evening before.

Tickets, fees and booking

There is no admission ticket. Both KTO and the Incheon Tour portal list the fee as free, and no pre-booking has been announced. Purchases are between you and each seller. Whether sellers take cards was not confirmed, so carry some cash as a precaution. The organisers’ contact number in the KTO record is 010-2258-9475.

Getting there without a car

From Seoul, the straightforward route is Subway Line 1 from Seoul Station to Incheon Station, the line’s western terminus; the Suin-Bundang Line also stops there. Journey planners put the ride at roughly an hour, up to about 70 minutes if a change is involved, so look up your actual train before you leave. That figure is a planner estimate, not a published timetable.

From Incheon Station the venue’s own directions say the Art Platform is about a 5-minute walk, heading toward the Central Police Station. City buses also serve the area, and the venue lists the route numbers on its directions page. The walk takes you past the edge of the Open Port district, so allow a little extra time if you want to look around before the market.

Parking, shuttles and traffic control

The Incheon Art Platform asks visitors to use public transport because its own car park is small. The venue also says the car park cannot be used when an outdoor event is being held on the central plaza or when group visitors are present. We could not confirm whether this market uses the central plaza, so assume the lot may be closed. If it is open, the venue lists it as running 9:00 to 18:00 at 1,000 won for the first 30 minutes and 500 won for each additional 15 minutes, with card payment only.

No festival car park, shuttle bus or road closure had been announced in anything found. The simplest plan is to come by subway and skip driving.

Around the venue

The Incheon Tour portal’s nearby-attractions list for this venue names the Open Port street (Gaehangjang), Hwadojin Fort, the Incheon Japanese-style street, Bukseong Port and Hongyemun Gate. It also lists restaurants and lodging, which is useful context but not a recommendation. None of these were checked in person for this guide, so look up opening hours before you plan a walking loop around them.

The Art Platform is also one of 25 spaces in the 2026 Incheon Art Road, a month-long October programme across the Art Platform, the Open Port district and Baedari, with docent walks and a stamp tour. Its announcement gave special programming for October 9-11 and said nothing about October 24-25, so do not assume extra events on market weekend. It does mean the surrounding galleries are running their October programme and are worth a look if the market leaves you with time.

Day trip or overnight

From Seoul this is an easy day trip on paper: about an hour each way by subway, and the market closes at 18:00. No overnight stay is needed for the market itself. This guide does not give a last-train time because the right answer depends on the date and the station you leave from; check it before you commit to a late finish in Incheon.

Food on site and nearby

Whether there will be food or drink stalls at the market was not stated in the KTO record, so don’t assume it. For a meal nearby, the Incheon Tour portal lists restaurants in the surrounding streets, many of them in and around Incheon Chinatown. If you are not sure what to try, jajangmyeon is the obvious local answer: KTO’s English site says the dish was introduced to Korea after Incheon Port opened in 1883 and became established around the Qing-dynasty concession near the port. A restaurant there, Gonghwachun, is credited with first recording the name in Hangeul.

Honest assessment

The setting is a real plus. The Art Platform’s brick buildings and walkways make a better backdrop for second-hand shopping than a convention hall, and the Open Port district is worth a walk before or after. Entry is free, so there is little to lose by going to see it.

The weak points are the missing details. The 2026 seller count, the programme times and any crowd plan have not been published. Earlier editions were reported to draw about 57,000 visitors over two days in September 2025, and about 76,000 over four days in the December 2025 to January 2026 run, both at a different venue. Those figures say interest is high, not that the Art Platform will be equally crowded. It would be wise to expect a busy site and not to count on parking.

If vintage clothing and antiques are your thing, go in the first part of the day on either Saturday or Sunday, bring a way to pay that does not rely on one method, and treat the performances as background. If you want a fixed programme, this is not it.

Local specialties to try

Jajangmyeon (black bean noodles) (짜장면)

The Korea Tourism Organization's English site says jajangmyeon was introduced to Korea after Incheon Port opened in 1883 and became popular around the Qing-dynasty concession near the port, and it names the Incheon restaurant Gonghwachun as the place that first recorded the dish's name in Hangeul. Incheon Chinatown, a short walk from the venue, is where most visitors look for it. This is a district specialty, not a promise about what any market stall will sell.

Questions worth asking

Is the Oh Slow Vintage Market free to enter?

Yes. The Korea Tourism Organization and the Incheon Tour portal both list entry as free. Whatever you buy from sellers is paid separately, and no prices have been published for the side programmes such as the vintage styling sessions or the auction event.

What are the opening hours?

11:00 to 18:00 on both days, Saturday October 24 and Sunday October 25, 2026, according to KTO and the Incheon Tour portal. The venue's own site also lists the two dates.

Can I park at the Incheon Art Platform?

Probably not reliably. The venue says its own car park is small and asks visitors to use public transport. It also states the car park cannot be used when an outdoor event is on the central plaza or a group visit is in progress. Whether the market uses the central plaza was not confirmed. If the lot is open, the venue lists it as 9:00 to 18:00, 1,000 won for the first 30 minutes and 500 won per extra 15 minutes, by card only. No festival car park or shuttle was announced in anything found.

Has the market been held before, and how busy was it?

Yes, under the same name. Korean news reports put the September 2025 edition at about 57,000 visitors over two days, with 80 seller teams chosen from about 200 applicants, at Incheon's Sangsang Platform. A later edition on December 27-28, 2025 and January 3-4, 2026 was reported at about 76,000 visitors over four days with roughly 160 sellers. The 2026 October edition is at a different venue and its seller count has not been published, so those numbers show interest, not what you will find.

Is this the same as the market at Sangsang Platform?

Same organisers' event name, different place. Earlier editions were reported at Sangsang Platform, but KTO, the Incheon Tour portal and the Incheon Art Platform's own site all place the October 2026 edition at the Incheon Art Platform. Set your map to the Art Platform address, not to articles about the earlier editions.

How do I get there from Seoul?

Take Subway Line 1 from Seoul Station to Incheon Station, which journey planners put at roughly an hour to 70 minutes depending on the train and any change. The venue's directions give about a 5-minute walk from Incheon Station toward the Central Police Station.
